Co-owners, husband and wife team, veteran Billy Yates and retired educator Sondra Yates, from coastal Alabama, created Vinyl Plank 4 Less as a sister company to their four successful flooring companies in Alabama and Northwest Florida to bring beautiful flooring products to this growing community here in Lee County. With them, they brought two of their sons, Gavin and Brett.

Located on Metro Plantation Road in Fort Myers, Florida, the company offers a proprietary product line that is exclusively manufactured by the Yates family. With their expertise and experience in the flooring industry, the Yates have established themselves as trusted providers of high-quality vinyl planking and more.

In addition to their flagship location, the Yates family also operates a retail store under the name Vinyl Plank 4 Less in Spanish Fort, AL. The success of their business prompted the expansion of Vinyl Plank 4 Less to a new store in Milton, Florida and now to Fort Myers, Florida.
